Breath & Body: Let it go
You will be guided through a two hour experience that starts with a short lesson on anatomy of breath, how emotions get stuck in our tissues and organs, and three secrets to helping the body let it go.
Supported with this knowledge we will incorporate gentle warm-up movements, breath-work, and self massage with our hands including the use of large Coregeous therapy ball (yours to take home) on the skin of the torso or over shirt, wherever comfortable to access.
After this class you will be able to:
Let go in your shoulders.
Take a full three-parts breath
Learn to breathe into areas of the body
Learn where you might be restricted in your breath.
Learn how to release energetic emotions bound in the organs
Wear comfortable clothing, and optional blanket. Bring water.
*do not eat a large meal or drink any alcohol before this class
*If you have any medical conditions, be sure to get a doctor’s approval
